Corrections policy
Reporting an error
Send the page URL and what you believe is wrong via contact. Vendor corrections are welcome — if we have misread your public pricing or feature documentation, we will fix it and say so.
How corrections are handled
- Factual error — corrected promptly; the page's last-updated date changes and the correction is logged below.
- Score change — if evidence changes a category score, the total and any affected ranking are recalculated and logged.
- Vendor page change — picked up by the monthly monitor, queued for review, and dated on publication.
